Know what happens before you pay.
How trials, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests work for Citarra subscriptions.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Two ways to start. Most new workspaces begin with a free 14-day trial. You can also choose a plan and subscribe straight away, without the trial, and receive that plan’s full limits from your first run.
Free trial. No card is required and nothing is charged. The question, competitor, engine and run limits available to your trial workspace are shown during setup.
The trial is not a Paddle transaction. No payment method is collected and no refund process applies to it, because nothing is ever charged. If you do not upgrade, your workspace becomes read-only after 14 days: everything you have tracked stays exactly as it is, you simply cannot add or edit anything until you subscribe. Nothing is ever deleted.
Refunds. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, whether monthly or yearly.
To cancel, email support@citarra.com and we will confirm the date your access runs to; you will not be billed again. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is retained, not deleted.
If you want to try Citarra before paying, start with the free 14-day trial. No card is required and nothing is charged.
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, and may action refunds directly in line with their own buyer protection terms.
